Adult Hula Hoops & Stretch
This beginners class will teach you how to hula hoop in traditional circus style. Increase your cardio fitness and core strength in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Classes will feature a warm up and cardio section, followed by on body hooping techniques, off body tricks and finish with a stretch component with partner stretching to increase flexibility.
Available as casual classes and 6-week courses that run throughout the year.
