Adult Handstands & Acrobatics
Handstand & acrobatic classes for adults provide a diverse and extensive range of handstand, acrobatic and tumbling skills to adults with any level of experience. You will have fun while learning drills and techniques to be able to execute a gymnastics style handstand as well as the fundamentals of flipping around on both the ground and trampoline.
So if you have ever dreamed of being able to balance on your hands or get back into acrobatics from when you were younger, this is the class for you!
Available as 6-week course and casual classes.

More Details
Handstand & acrobatic classes for adults involve an appropriate warm-up and conditioning, handstand drills and technique, mini-tramp, Olympic sized trampoline, tramp wall, air tumble track and acrobatic skills on a sprung floor and a cool-down.
What to bring
- Comfortable, close fitting clothing appropriate for going upsidedown!
- Shoes are required in the venue but will not be worn while participating in classes.
- A water bottle – we have a filtered water fountain.
- A hair tie – please tie back long hair and wear minimal jewellery (rings and bracelets will need to be removed for the duration of the class).
- Best leave your valuables at home, their security cannot be guaranteed while classes are in progress.
Safety
We are big on safety. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make sure everyone – from our customers to our coaches – has a safe experience in every class no matter if we are at our indoor space in Byron or at a festival or short-stay.
All equipment undergos regular maintenance and rigging checks, and we use certified and rated equipment. Where aplicable, students where harnesses to assist learning safely.
Cancellations
Casual classes – a minimum 3-day notice is required to reschedule a class.
Term classes – no make-up classes are available. Term classes can not be rescheduled as they are offered at a highly reduced price. If you would like the flexibility of being able to reschedule a class, please purchase 5/10 class pack.
Play Space/Climbing Wall – a minimum 3-day notice is required to reschedule.
Public Holidays
Term bookings: If your class falls on a Public Holiday during the term, a class credit will be applied to your account to use on any casual drop-in class.
Troupe Bookings: Please check your schedule for alloctaed make-up sessions from Public Holiday closures.

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All bookings are non‐refundable.
- Class packs are valid from 6 months from purchase date - for 1 person only.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled time, fail to show up, or do not participate on the day, the booking will be forfeited.
